You walk through the property and dictate what you see, room by room. Once the case is loaded onto the device before you leave, no connection is required. Cellars, car parks, remote floors: everything works offline.

The report writes itself
At the end of the visit, your dictation becomes a detailed report: the document structure and the texts are generated automatically, and photos are attached to the right rooms, in an organised appendix.

Sign and seal
Counter-signature: each party signs on their own device, on site or remotely. The report is sealed and tamper-proof, and holds up in a dispute.

The move-out inventory, compared room by room.
On move-out day, you link the exit inventory to the entry one. The two are compared room by room: damage stands out, costed and depreciation deducted, then the report goes to both parties.
