Terms of service

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the ImmoState app, a tool for real-estate professionals to carry out, document and share property inspection reports.

2. Acceptance

Creating an account and using the app constitute full acceptance of these terms.

3. Access to the service

The app is currently made available free of charge. STOCKÉ MANAGEMENT SRL reserves the right to change features, to offer paid plans in the future, or to suspend access temporarily for maintenance.

4. Account

The user is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for any activity carried out from their account. They undertake to provide accurate information when registering.

5. User obligations

The user undertakes to use the app in accordance with the law, not to infringe the rights of third parties, and to upload only content for which they hold the rights.

They warrant that they have obtained the necessary authorizations from the persons concerned (tenants, owners, occupants) before recording or sharing their data, images or voice.

6. Content and professional responsibility

ImmoState is an assistance tool. The analyses, structuring and documents produced by the app are provided to assist the user and constitute neither legal advice nor an expert assessment.

The professional user remains solely responsible for checking the accuracy, completeness and legal compliance of the inspection reports they prepare, validate and send. It is their responsibility to verify each piece of content before use.

7. Availability and warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, STOCKÉ MANAGEMENT SRL does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, STOCKÉ MANAGEMENT SRL shall not be liable for indirect damages (loss of data, loss of business, commercial harm) resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the app.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Intellectual property

The user retains ownership of the content they upload. They grant STOCKÉ MANAGEMENT SRL a limited license to host and process that content, solely for the purpose of providing the service.

10. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy.

11. Term and termination

The user may stop using the service at any time. STOCKÉ MANAGEMENT SRL may suspend or close an account in the event of a breach of these terms, subject to legal retention obligations.

12. Changes

These terms may be changed. Users will be informed of significant changes.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of the Brussels district, without prejudice to the protective rules applicable to consumers.
