Account deletion

From the app

Open the ImmoState app, go to Settings, then Personal Information, and the "Delete my account" section.

Confirm the deletion: your account is deactivated immediately and your personal data is erased or anonymized.

By email

If you can no longer access the app, email contact@immostate.be from your account email address, with the subject "Account deletion".

We handle the request as soon as possible, after verifying your identity.

Data that is deleted

Erased or anonymized: your name, email address, phone number, company details (name, VAT number, address), logo and signature. The account can no longer be used to sign in.

Data that is retained

Signed inspections stay archived for 10 years, in line with the legal archiving obligation. A signed inspection is enforceable evidence that both the tenant and the landlord rely on, so it cannot be deleted during that period.

Once the legal retention period ends, these documents are deleted.
